2.1亚马逊主体具备|Amazon Entity Requirements:
- 3个月以上出新手村,账号健康分250分,Review 4.0,如是VC账号6个月供货记录,商家自行判定是否符合条件,提供以上资料截图。eBay/Walmart满足相应政策。
- For Amazon sellers, more than 3 months past probationary period, account health score of 250 points, Review score of 4.0, 6 months of supply records for VC account, and the seller determines whether they meet the criteria by providing screenshots of the above information. eBay/Walmart sellers must meet corresponding policies.
2.2美国主体|US Entity Requirements:
- 如亚马逊和美国主体不一致,需要亚马逊公司法人占股美国公司25%及以上,并开中国主体和美国主体关联证明;(如具备美国主体且符合条件,直接找我们工作人员要开白表格,提交资料需要当天走人工流报白,一周报白通过)
- If the Amazon business entity and business entity applying for US TikTok shop are not the same, the Amazon company’s legal representative must hold at least 25% of the US company’s shares and provide proof of relationship between the Chinese entity and the US entity. (If the US entity meets the conditions, contact our staff directly for the onboarding form. Submit the information for manual processing on the same day, and the onboarding will be approved within a week.)
